At the end of this course, students should be able to: 1. define the various operating elements in the practice of business organizations; 2. appraise the basic management functions and how they are interrelated; 3. apply knowledge and principles to business scenarios in the areas of accounting, finance, marketing and management; 4. demonstrate intellectually the role of the environment to modern business Organizations; and 5. explain forms of ownership, including their advantages and disadvantages.
